We are happy to state that with careful management and sensible use, our products will last a lifetime. You may ask "How long is a lifetime?" or "The lifetime of what?" Good questions.

As we have stated all our poultry houses are made from pressure treated tanalised timber, exterior grade W.P.B plywood and fixed together with rust proof screws and/or galvanized nails. We can not do any more than that. We currently have poultry houses in use that were made in the mid 70's and are still going strong. That is not to say that they haven't had the hinges replaced a few times or that they still have the original latches etc. We can only buy and fit what we believe to be the best ironmongery available i.e galvanized or black powder coated, but we won't try to kid you into believing that the metallic parts will last forever. A quick spray with W.D.40 a couple times a year will help to prolong the life of any ironmongery. As for the timber components of all our products, we are happy to give a 2 year warrantee against decay or rot while at the same time we are confident that with careful management and occasional maintenance our products will stay fit for purpose for 20 years or even more.
