Refered to by many as the "loft layer" this poultry house has the principle nest boxes built into the loft area formed by the apex shaped roof. The birds use the perches to gain access from the inside while the egg collector simply lifts the hinged sections of the roof from the outside. This house is available in two sizes.

1. Standard: 20-25 birds. LWH-mm = 2000x1200x1750
2. Large: 30-35 birds LWH-mm = 2800x1200x1750

To the front of the house is a ground level pop-hole which leads out via a covered dry feed area. Incorporated in this dry feed area are two semi exterior nest boxes. To the rear of the house is a full height door giving access to the removable perches this allows for easy cleaning.
