Returns Policy

All our products are built by local craftsmen and are double checked before being dispatched. In most cases your order will be dispatched within 7 days of being confirmed. If this is not the case you will be contacted.

We are sure that you will be delighted on delivery of your order. If for whatever reason, you change your mind or you decide that you no longer require the product then simply return it to us within seven days and the cost of the product will be refunded within 30 days. If however you find the product to be damaged in transit, or it is not as described when ordered then return to us within seven days and we will replace the product at no extra cost to you together with a refund of the original carriage cost stated by us.

At Cornwallpoultryhouses.co.uk We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our website visitors and customers.This policy sets out how we will use your personal information. We do not give your information to any third parties, other then when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. The third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

The only details saved are what gets entered as part of the site registration process, and any additional information you wish to send us via e-mail.

Cookies are used on this website to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart. If you turn off cookies in your browser options, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies. Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfil customer orders.
b. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes.

Warranty

We are confident that all our poultry houses should last you a life time if properly maintained. All our poultry houses and runs come with a 2 year warrantee against faults due to material or workmanship failure. This excludes any damage caused by neglect or miss use. We will not accept claims for minor damage caused during transit unless the product is not in sufficient working order. Making a payment

We accept payments through paypal or if you prefer just send us a cheque. We will send an invoice to you which will confirm your order and indicate a contract status between us
